COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Note: 3-day classes include training on the Bridgemaster system; 2-day classes do not.

Designed to train service technicians on troubleshooting and repair of the McNeilus mixer package. Our instructors strive to use hands-on training in the shop whenever possible. Skills exercises provide a practical and dynamic learning experience for both new and seasoned service technicians. And, with a course limit of only 12 students, they'll receive personalized attention from the instructor.

Electrical, Hydraulic, and Air Theory
System Components and Function
Troubleshooting
Schematic Reading
Preventative Maintenance
Circuits
Drum Drive System
Bridgemaster System (3 day classes only)
Chute Controls
Auxiliary Air Systems

INFORMATION:

Unless otherwise noted, all McNeilus Mixer Maintenance courses begin at 7:30 AM and finish around 4:00 PM each day.

Noon lunches will be provided. All other expenses such as airfare, lodging, and other meals are the responsibility of the individual students.
